2.5L VW Jetta four door -- Vehicle Description: This is a LOW RESERVE auction for this LOW MILEAGE 2005 Volkswagen Jetta. This good looking car has only 59300 miles. This vehicle is good for at least another 150k more miles on the road. This is a great advantage over the majority of Jetta's on eBay. I would also rate the exterior of this Jetta to be in GOOD CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. Kelly Blue Book values on this vehicle with low mileage is over $5000.00. It is finished in royal metallic blue over black cloth interior, which is a great color combination. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Jetta, there are normal scratches here and there which can be seen up close close...but not from a few feet (just normal older car stuff). The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact with the exception of the windshield. The windshield has a crack in it right now and will be replaced before it's shipped to the new owner. The factory wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jetta looks inside and out.I would rate the interior of this Jetta to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The headliner is in good shape and does not droop. The cloth seats are supple, comfortable and show virtually no wear. The power windows, locks, mirrors all work properly. The clock & audio system is original but does not not work. The climate control system works properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows cold. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please check out the pictures to see how clean this Jetta looks. Mechanically, this Jetta is in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. There aren't any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for this vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The rear brake pads and rotors were replaced as of 4/2016. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. Oil is routinely changed. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive. Well worth the blue book value if not more.
