I bought this truck new. The only body panels that has been replaced are the tailgate and the hood. I put the cowl hood on it 10 years ago. I replace the tailgate about 12 years because it got dented on the top when an air compressor fell on it. The rest of the paint on this truck is 100% original. The truck is in excellent condition for a 2000. There's a few small dings and dents and scratches but nothing major. I drove it to Denver and back 2 weeks ago and Oklahoma City and back last weekend. Tires are excellent. AC needs charged, it blows cool but not cold. This truck is an excellent candidate to lower. The crew cab short box 3500 was only available in 1999 and 2000. 2000 was the last year for this classic body style. The 1500 series had already changed for the 2000 model year.
