This is a no reserve aution highest bidder gets it. I run a small motorcycle restoration / custom shop in California. I found This bike earlier this year and bought it from the original owner. He stopped riding it a few years ago and parked it in his garage leaving the carb and tank filled with gas. I cleaned all the old gas from the tank and carb then got it running and repaired all the little issues from sitting. This is a clean 85 XR350R. I just changed the oil and filter, fork oil and seals. Put new IRC Volcano knobbies, front and rear. Lubed all cables, adjusted the valves, new seat cover, new grips. If you are looking for an XR350R the 1985 version is the one you want. It has the dry sump engine like the XR500 and XR600 have, light weight under 300 pounds and lots of torque. This one does not burn or leak any oil, starts with 1 or 2 kicks when cold and 1 kick every time when warm. Comes with a period correct nice SuperTrapp exhaust system. The carb has been jetted for the SuperTrapp. Idles good and carburets cleanly from idle to wide open throttle. Clear California title and current green sticker. Very hard to find one of these especially in this condition.
