Have owned this beautiful car for 6 years. Kept it in immaculate condition and maintained it promptly at a VW dealership. Three weeks ago, it started sounding funny on the way to pick up my daughter from school. Decided it was safe to tow it to the dealership. Was told the timing was "off" and it had sustained some damage that would warrant a new "head". I could repair it but don't want to take the risk.
