True barn find Honda Scrambler. Last registered in 1982 in Nebraska. I have owned the bike for over a year and have never washed it, only sprayed the dust off to clean it up a bit. Still has original tool kit. With little effort I got the bike running. New battery installed. The carbs have been rebuilt and the tank was cleaned and lined with a new petcock installed, however I was not satisfied with the result inside the tank and it will likely need to be redone. Drum brakes front and rear with a new cable installed on the front. New brake and clutch handles installed. Original seat is in good shape. Rear tire holds air but front tire no longer does. Shifts through all gears well and all brakes work. It was missing the headlight and housing when I got it however I installed one and have a spare as well. What it needs: gasket for the points cover, front brake handle cable adjuster, factory side covers are missing, front exhaust pipe guard is missing, tires, all of which is available online or at your local moto speed shop. Headlight needs to be removed for the wiring to be cleaned up. Also, one of the exhaust studs is broken but hasn't caused a problem or leak. Clear title has been assigned but never registered - it goes with bike but no guarantee of transferability, however a bill of sale will be provided.
