2001 Mustang Bullitt #1481. If you are looking, I assume you need no introduction to the Bullitt. Car is very clean. I bought the vehicle and began TASTEFULLY modding it. I have a deep love for the Bullitt and can remember the first one I ever saw as well as the first one I drove. I had to have one ever since then. The Bullitt is one of the only mustangs I personally think need to stay as close to factory as possible. Many of the "BullittHeads" would agree, I'm sure. The reason I am selling is I need the funds to put towards the purchase of a house. Below will be a list of mods. Motor assembly was done by me personally, as I only trust myself to do good work, the right way anymore. The engine build was well documented with pictures taken during the build. The rebuild was done at 25,685.0 miles. The previous owner had a Paxton Novi1000 S/C and detonated a few of the pistons. I have the original heads as well if you would like them, but they were also damaged. I built this car to keep for myself so I did not cut corners. Its not the fastest Bullitt, but it was built right. Due to the intake being fully ported, a tune is required to adjust idle RPM's due to the increase of air. Does NOT affect the vehicle driveabilty, I just dont have time to take it in, especially since the roads are still very salty and I do not have an enclosed trailer. The oil in it now is Royal Purple and has been since around 1,200 miles on rebuild, but during the break in, I used Castrol Conventional as per the right way to do it. The oil has been changed 4 times already in 7k miles. The front bumper has a few scratches and bug marks from the previous owner. The passenger side mirror had been broken was not disconnected by previous owner, so a few scratches in the clear coat resulted from the mirror rubbing against it. The seats are in outstanding condition, as the car only has 32,XXX miles. The vehicle is currently being stored in a heated garage and once I have the chance I will add the exact current miles, but I believe its low in the 32,000 range.
