Jim Harris and 9 of his co-workers all retired on the same day and purchased 10 new 1979 Lincoln Town Coupes from Southgate Lincoln Mercury in Sacramento, Ca. They used them to tour around California and in parades. As of 2001 only 2 survived and today this is the only one that has been kept exclusively as a show car.
