Here's an 1984 chevrolet citation XS HOV6. (base) no AC. with only about 74000km! (43000miles)I bought this car from an estate wich was going to scrap the car,,, (donation),, I since had parked it and dismantled it completely like a rotissory restoration,, . It was redone from inside/out and from top to bottom! I also did an LA1 engine swap including a reprog OBD2 PCM,, there's no warning lights that stays on. The only thing that is left to be done is this! Exterior Paint and headliner. That's it!! The car runs great,,, I drove it for one month to make sure everything is ok. And had NO issues what's so ever. Car will be sold with all its missing parts.......I added the cowl induction hood +spoiler from the citation X-11 model . The only place that it's got some is on the rear quarter panel wheel opennings,, the lip of the contours... I welded new sheet metal and finished up the finish with some re-enforced filler and did remove the lip,, so no dirt etc,, will make it rott again. For a nearly a 33year old car,,, she's in top good condition. The floor board is in the original condition,,, so never been altered with rust or patch panels. Complete suspension/brakes+most of the lines/ custom exhaust,,, new gas tank with new OEM electric fuel pump,, new radiator+hoses,, automatic transmission was redone and beefed up for the xtra power that the new engine delivers. You can however swap in a manual tranny to be able to get the most potential of the performance from this LA1 230hp swap. Just the swap alone cost 1000$USD. There is a reserve price oviously to cover this expense. This car even if it wasn't started for many months,, it starts up like it was never been parked or unstarted. She's is no# 1 car of the endangered or instinct car list.
