Vehicle Detail
Very nice original numbers matching car originally sold in Hollywood California in 1953. The women who purchased the car drove it for 12 years and when she became ill, stored the car. The car remained in storage until 1978 when it was purchased by a gentleman in Manitoba, Canada who restored the car to original condition with the exception of the undercoating which was installed by the selling dealer in 1953. In 1987 he sold it to a gentleman from New York who owned it until 1996 and then was sold to a gentleman from Maryland. I purchased the car from his wife after his death in 2013 and it has been in storage other than occasional driving since. I have a number of cars and am losing some of my storage space, so although this is one of my favorites, I have decided to sell it. The car had 08738 miles on a complete engine rebuild when I bought it and the odometer was turned to 0 from the time of rebuild. It now shows 08863 miles so the 125 miles or so I put on it was parades and shows. The chrome is NOS or been rechromed so it is nice. The interior is very nice as seen in the pictures and the paint is nice also with typical age showing. It sports a new set of Corker wide white wall radial tires "$1,000.00" and runs and drives nicely. This is as nice of an originalHudson that I have seen and know someone will have a great time with it. It is sold with no warranty stated or implied and is being sold As Is. It is a 63 year old nice car but it does have some age on it as I do. It is for sale locally, so auction can end at anytime. Good luck bidding on this Classic and the winner I'm sure will enjoy it as I have. 'Note" Picture of rear trunk area is a reflection from the building roof and not damage.
