1970 Volvo P1800E 2dr fast back. ALL original, all of the electric works on the car, brakes, blower, lights, wipers, fuel pump ect. Car has not been on the road in past 4-5 years. Drive terrain: This is the first year for the fuel injection on this car. original 4 cyl engine and manual 4 speed transmission. transmission goes in and out of gear with good clutch pedal. engine does run, on starting fluid, do not have key for the gas tank cover. but the fuel injectors do work still. will need a new battery and just some cleaning up of the old fuel. does have AC on the car. Body: yes the body does have some rust. two spots by front headlights, and some down by drivers and passenger rocker panel. rest of car mainly has some surface rust. Doors, hood and trunk all shut amazingly great with finger pressure with perfect gaps. don't have the lock on the trunk but does have the mechanism. All glass is in great shape, window crank up and down. back window is just sitting in there. All the floors are solid with no rust that I can see. The trunk is spotless with originally paint still. has emergency jack. frame and engine compartment is solid with no rust either. tires are newer a few years ago, rims are original. INTERIOR: all complete, front seats need recovered. dash pad is cracked. all gauges work, missing radio. headliner and door panels are in great shape. this is a great car for easy restoration and going up in value.
