Great running 1987 GD300, 5cyl diesel with Mercedes installed STT turbo. Troop seats in back. New rear springs & shocks. Car is from Germany I’m the third owner and I have all bills. It came to Montreal in early 2000. I bought it and shipped it to bc in 2005. Need some more body work and new tires. I just replaced the rear springs , shocks and supports. Odometer only goes to 99000, I don’t read German but looks to me like it’s actually 193,000. You’ll have to look through the bills and confirm.$10,000 in body work in 2008. Bubbles have now appeared in various places on the lower body e.g. under the headlights, rear corners around the taillights, some spots on the side panels and bottom of the doors. I’ve included some pictures of the previous work done in 2008 and recent pictures of the under side and the body showing where the rust is. Works beautifully drives nice. It’s been my semi-regular driver and I’m not aware of any mechanical issues. I believe it’s a good candidate for further restoration and I’ve priced it with that in mind.
