1961 was the only year that Corvette used the Jewel Blue paint color with white coves and only 419 were painted with it. This beautiful Corvette is one of those 419. The Jewel Blue is accented with white coves and is a real head turner on the road! This car has been garage kept and only driven in good weather. The 327-300 engine is not original but runs smooth and strong. It is backed by its original 3 speed manual transmission. It has dual quads and new gaskets have been added to the carburetors. Original air filter and Corvette valve covers have been added. The frame is strong and in great shape. All gauges work, as well as the wipers and headlights. The rear window is nice and clear. Except for a small tear in the top and a minor ding in the front bumper, this car is a beauty. This is a fun car to drive and gets lots of attention!
