For sale is a real Bel Air 2 door 1957 Chevy. This car is a very good build candidate with 47000 original miles on it. Car had a 396 with stick shift on the floor. Tach on windshield. Was running few weeks ago but the motor and trans were pulled for a Chevelle project. Doors are straight with no sagging. Open and shut good. Windshield and rear glass and all windows are in place. The 2 small windows up front are cracked but open and close fine. Car has extra chrome for the sides and all the trim and pieces. The heater is the bigger one offered. Vin tags are still in original spots. Frame is perfect with surface rust. Engine bay and floors and trunk have been coated with Por 15 to prevent any further rusting. Rust is in the usual places. Front drivers side and passenger side and front of trunk area. Trunk lid needs replacing. Will come with all the back and side chrome trim. This car has the extra chrome offered and all comes with the car. The only thing that does not come with the car is the steering wheel. The one the car comes with is the same style just a little bigger. Clear NJ title dated Feb 3 1974 stating 34936 ACTUAL miles. It appears the back end is fiberglass (at least the quarters) and the car has a Ford 9 inch rear. Fresh Pro track tires on the back 235 60 15 on 15x8 Chevy rims (new) 14x6 in front and traction bars on the leaf springs. Sorry the pictures aren't the best. They were taken in direct sunlight with shadows. The car is sitting at the mechanics right now and if it doesn't sell he is ready to drop a motor and transmission in it and I'm going to make this my daily driver :] Good Luck with the bidding. Also door panels with inside door trim and drive shaft with front grill center piece. Pictures of the back seat which is all there and in place with the back door panels and ashtrays with arm rests on both sides. All in perfect shape.
