This car belonged to a deceased family member and our experience with it is limited to driving it six miles to our location. He was preparing to restore it when he became ill so our knowledge of the car is limited. We prefer you visit the car and spend as much time as you wish examining it.The car needs brake work, but we do not know the extent of repair needed. The transmission seemed fine when we drove it. The engine seemed to idle ok, but hesitated slightly on acceleration. It had been running fine, but recently began smoking from area around spark plugs/exhaust. A new valve cover gasket did not fix it, so the cause (exhaust/head gasket ? ) is unknown. We are not aware of any overheating issues. The temp. gauge reads normal when the car is smoking after warm-up.The car is located on Md. state route 108 about three miles west of the intersection of Md. Route 29 and 108 in Howard County. On Nov-13-16 at 09:58:16 PST, seller added the following information: We have added a picture of the driver side door hinge that is not working properly when the door is opened all the way. The door is working and opens and closes properly but the hinge is hitting the car body on opening and closing. It only happens when the door is opened past half way. It does not seem major, but we discovered it today as we were cleaning the car.
