I have owned it for 17 years. Very clean inside and out. Always garaged and until recently always in a heated garage. Exhaust system, brakes, and tires less than 5,000 miles. The only issues are some small rust spots on the sun roof panel and the headliner is starting to come loose. About 2k to fix those items and the car would be ready to show.
