RELISTING DUE TO NON-PAYING BIDDER. Selling my Honda CB350 project bike. I bought this around 2 years ago with great plans for a Cafe Racer. Reality got in the way, and I have not touched it, and I could use some cash, so time to let it go. The basic bike is in amazing condition for a 44 old machine, which as best I can tell has not run for 20 years. Looking at it, it seems to have been garaged its entire life (certainly was with me), and the lack of rust and general corrosion supports this. The mileage is very low. I cannot explain why the title claims an actual mileage slightly higher than what is on the clock, but both are sub 5,000, and again, the condition of the bike suggests one of them is true. Some restoration/modification work was done by a prior owner, but I do not see anything that cannot be reversed if you want to restore this to standard condition. Some of the missing standard parts are included. This would make an excellent winter project for a cafe racer, bobber or restore to original - parts are widely available for these machines. The gas tank (original, or a good copy I think) has been restored or is new, and appears very clean inside and out (see photos). Mufflers are solid and either Honda parts or a good copy. Only surface rust on the headers. Minimal other rust on the bike. Electrics need some work. The turn signals were added by a prior owner and the wiring definitely needs attention. Key is with the bike. I have never heard it run, so can't speak to the engine, but it turns over OK with the kick start and in all gears without any nasty noises. The clutch release needs some attention (probably frozen) so you will need to open up at least one side case. A brand new complete set of gaskets is included. Otherwise what you see is what you get. It looks straight, and appears mechanically sound, but I can and will not guarantee either. I took plenty of photos to show condition, and feel free to ask questions. Clean Massachusetts title in the name of a prior owner, together with a bill of sale (with date and amount blank) from the prior owner, so you should have no problems getting title and registering it when you are ready. The listing includes the bike and all parts and manuals you see in the photos. Brand new gasket set, Clymer manual, and some original parts. The seat is a brand new custom product from Dime City Cycles, never used, not mounted to the bike (mounting kit included). It is a little short, I would have used a longer one if I kept the bike I think. PLEASE READ MY AUCTION TERMS IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING. Minimum $200 Deposit by Paypal within 3 days of close, then the remainder in cash or bank check within 7 days of the end of the auction. I can store the bike in my garage if you need to make pickup arrangements, but I must receive the full payment as stated to be able to do this.
