MUST BE TOWED OFF OF OUR LOT. this is a 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500 van. It is built by dodge, but has Mercedes engine and transmission. The previous owner replaced the front grill with a Mercedes emblem. This model van is the long wheel base, with the higher top. It also has a dually rear end which is known for holding weight. The rear cargo area can hold a total of 2 tons in the rear. you can build the rear cargo area into storage for your tools and materials as well. This cargo van is in great shape, and is ready and willing to serve your needs as you see them fit. Don't hesitate in looking for another van. The Sprinter has a no crank no start issue. This is a cheap and effective van for someone who is willing to put a little wrench time into her. It will need to be towed from our property. TERMS OF SALE 1. All buyers must pay a dealer documentation fee of $300.00 ( non – negotiable ) . Getting the paperwork ready, and showing whether or not we collected tax or registration costs us, there for every sale has that fee attached. The fee is non-negotiable. If you do not want to pay this fee it’s highly recommended you purchase from a private party as we will not waive this fee. 3. We reserve the right to sell the vehicle outside the eBay auction. We reserve the right to end the auction anytime. We reserve the right to cancel any bid from any bidder. You are more than welcomed to contact us and make us an offer. 4. Unless otherwise specified in the description, this vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. In either case, the seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Even though this vehicle may be new to you, it will still have either a little, or a lot of wear and tear, or some dents, dings, and scratches, that’s why we provide you plenty of photos to show the condition of the vehicle. Also, if the vehicle is a vehicle from the New England Area, it will have some rust on the undercarriage or on other areas of the body. That’s why its recommended and highly encouraged that you please view the photos thoroughly, and please come and inspect the vehicle, prior to bidding on the vehicle. You are more than welcomed to do so, except on the last day of the auction, unless prior arrangements are made. 6. We require winning buyers/bidders to make a deposit of $500.00 (Non-Refundable) through valid credit card within 24 hours of auction end and the remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days. 7. Final payment must be in the form of wire transfer, certified check, or cash in hand. If you wish to pay by credit card, you must fill out our credit authorization form and a fee of 4.5% will be added to the amount of the transaction. NON-Negotiable. 8. We recommend buyers to perform a pre purchase inspection of the vehicle prior to buying/bidding. If the buyer needs to ship the vehicle then he/she needs to sign the vehicle release document prior to shipping. If you need assistance in arranging transportation, we can assist you in finding a transporter, but all transportation costs are your own. 9. You're most welcome to have the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic or dealership. You're required to pay $75 inspection/transportation fee for the inspection plus the dealership/mechanic inspection charges. All inspections must be done prior to the end of auction and scheduled in advance. 10. Due to transaction delay and other unavoidable circumstances we might get the title late, and because of delays in postage or fedex, please bear with us but we will provide you with a title. 11. Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle, as a lot of used vehicles don’t come with accessories or additional keys. 12.
