1965 Chevrolet Monza 140 HP *Convertible* 4 speed in overall really nice driver condition. This car was a special order with the upgrade to the 140 HP motor and also has the rare wood telescoping steering wheel. The car is currently in a flat black(rat rod) color and has a good 100% complete interior that just needs to be refreshed to be perfect. This car was "converted" to a two carb configuration but as you can see the heads/intake pic is set up for the original 140 HP - 4 carb set up. This car runs and drives very well, it does tend to have a few small backfires when cold but they go away after the engine reaches normal temp. I have driven this car about 70 miles in the last week and she has not had any issues and is a BLAST to drive. The manual top looks almost new and is in near perfect condition. DOES NOT LET RAIN WATER IN AT ALL! The body is good overall shape but does show some areas of previous repair. Not huge sections of bondo but has filler where Corvairs tend to rust. I have only had this car for the last two months and found an AMC Javelin that I bought as my toy, so this one must go. Feel free to reach out with questions and if you want more specific pics.
