Vehicle Detail

Cruise around and turn lots of heads in this timeless classic! This car makes driving a lot of fun!!!I bought the car locally in 2008 and have put lots of love into it since with regular maintenance. The only reason I'm selling it is because I would like to have a car I can take to the mountains in the winter. I have receipts for all work done on the car since I've owned it. In addition to regular maintenance (oil, spark plugs, timing belt, etc.), I've listed a few of the upgrades below: Performance: Swapped the front drum brakes with disc brakesRebuilt carburetorReplaced the transmissionReplaced the water pumpFixed the speedometer so it's steady and accurate (it used to jump around a lot)New batteryNew radiatorNew tiresIncludes power steeringWipers, lights, door locks, and windshield wipers all workInterior Reupholstered all the seats New AM/FM stereo with CD player and a USB port to play music and charge your deviceFour powerful speakers that sound GREAT Exterior (needs the most work) Doors have been slightly dented and it looks like the previous owner painted them (if you look close the paint doesn't quite match)Needs a fresh paint job to really shine (the hood is slightly faded if you look closely), but looks great with a fresh coat of wax until you're ready to paint.Very little rust (wheel wells have a very small amount of rust that can be expected from a car this old)It runs great on, 200 inline 6 engine, but has plenty of space to swap something a little more powerful if you're up for the project! The mileage currently reads 57,000 but I expect the odometer has turned over once, so it would have 157,000 on it. An associate at Farland Classic Restoration told me that the car was probably worth somewhere around $13,000, but would be worth closer to $15,000 with matching paint and no dents. The reserve price is set well under that valuation. Please contact me with any questions! If you live in the area, I would be happy to arrange a time for you to come test-drive the car and see it in person.Good luck!
