The City Of Rock Hill, SC has decided that I have too many cars, and I feel like they are stepping on my rights as a citizen!!! So I need to sell a few cars off !!! I bought this El Camino, from a local man that needed money. When I got the car, It would not Run, I installed new fuel pump, inline fuel filter (filter has no trash or rust in it so tank is in good shape) and new battery, new battery cable, Installed new Plugs, new distributer cap, new rotor and new plug wires, adjusted choke, The transmission was not working, had it rebuilt professionally, and it is in warranty by them. The car starts and runs well, It does not smoke and holds good oil pressure, and is road worthy now. It needs new floor pans, ( window gaskets leaked) the car has no rust and has been a southern car, a good solid start for a project car, and of course the car has typical 38 year old car problems. I don`t want to sell the but the city is making me, I am starting the auction at what I have in the car, I am not getting rich on this, I just want my money back out of it. I just hate to see the old car with a lot of potential, go away
