Hello Jeep lovers! I Have for sale a 1945 MB Willys Jeep. My grandfather bought this when my Dad was a teenager. They rebuilt it and used it for hunting. When I was in high school I rebuilt it again. I absolutely love this jeep and am very sad to be selling it. Many things have been done to it and it is in quite good shape with the exception of the engine. It has the original engine in it and about a year ago a corner of the block cracked. so it needs a new engine. However, there are many parts that can be salvaged off the engine it has now. It has all original running gear except the transmission was changed out for a 4 speed. It has been converted to 12v and has a newer gear reduction starter and an alternator. It also has an Overdrive added!. So the vin number is covered up from modifications that were done to the bumper before my grandfather bought it. It at DMV to the original US Government auction number. I do however have the original plate with the serial number. I can email a picture of this upon request. but here is the serial number 419577. Also I went out and looked at what I had as far as spare parts. spare small 3/4" shaft early transfer case. (taken apart but all parts there)original coper and brass Radiator still good!small misc parts. NOS oil pumpOriginal water pump (needs new seals)
