We are selling a 1987 Porsche 944 Coupe with a 5 speed transmission that is in very fine condition. It has 38,000 original miles and the engine timing belt has been changed recently. Importantly, older cars with rubber belts need to have this done because this car has what's known as an interference motor and should the belt break, the valves would hit the pistons and destroy the engine. The car runs exceptionally well and was highly maintained. This car lacks nothing. The tires and brakes a in great shape and the body is all original with no signs of rust. There was touch-up done to the hood from stone chips only. The interior looks new. All the carpets, front and back are perfect. This is a one-owner ladies' car and was always pampered. The carpeting in this car looks new, jet black in color and shows no wear. They are soft like when new and do not appear to ever have been dirty. Also, factory mats that are in good condition completely covered the carpets and also look great! Also, under "Condition Description" above there is a misprint that should say "Very low mileage and runs great!" The system would not let me change it above. There is NO rust on the body of this car. Very clean with extremely minimal road rash from cinders or stones. I can't say it's perfect due to it's age, however that's about as close to it as it gets.
