This is a 1995 caprice 9C1 police package in the dark grey green metallic color that has been cloned to look like a Impala SS . The police package cars had all of the same power and suspension equipment that a Impala SS did plus addition transmission cooling . The rear gears are the same as a SS also 3.08 .The 260hp 330lbs of torque LT1 engine is also identical. This car runs excellent and has mild high performance upgrades. Mileage is 118,832 The exterior of the car has some blemishes scratches/dings as to be expected of a car of this age but does not have ANY rot the front and rear bumpers have faded paint as can be seen in the pics. The hood has two spots that have been touched up as seen in pics also. Please look at all pics closely and ask ANY all questions before bidding if you are unsure of any condition. The paint on the rest of the car shines very well and is very presentable. Overall the car has the Impala SS look and has all the Impala SS wheels and grille . The tires are all 90% new and are a matching set . The wheels have the usual stains and pitting that plagues the Impala SS wheels. The interior of the car is in good shape and is straight out of a 95 Impala SS with center console , seats are in good shape, power drivers seat and manual passenger, power locks work. The digital dash works perfect and is the certified police package original unit . There is a summit racing tach on the steering column . The column does have a loose center beating that most GM tilt cars get . It is not terrible but some people will feel it may need to be addressed. The dash has a cover on it as seen in pic. The rear window guides will need replacement . Passenger window guides have been replaced , driver window needs help sometimes ( common problem with the B bodies) overall the interior is in good shape and is comfortable to ride in. Non smoker /no odd smells . The A/C blows ice cold and it has a aftermarket radio with iPod controls The engine runs excellent and has a lot of power! No knocks or smoke , It has MSD 6 AL ignition box with MSD coil, A K&N cold air kit, professional products billet throttle body, LT1 air box eliminator , Silicone blue hoses are all still there also . The water pump was done within the past year and the coolant temp sensor has been replaced , it has dual exhaust with flowmaster mufflers . The transmission shifts crisp and goes through all of its duties as it should . The car rides excellent and I would not hesitate to take it on a trip, the AC is cold and it rides as a full size Chevrolet should , this car handles extremely well due to the police spec suspension package that even the Impala SS didn't have .
