Car was originally triple white, now white with gray interior and black top. I took this car apart and mostly down to bare metal. Car was primed and wrapped with a very good product by an excellent shop. I did the body work, and will never attempt body work again :) There are spots on the car you can see ripples and imperfections around the car. . The interior has new seat covers, foam, door panels and new cup holder. Exterior has new running boards, convertible top (new headliner padding and top) professionally installed last month. Motor runs good but was told the cam is making a noise so future rebuild or you can buy a rebuilt or new engine at reasonable prices. Engine was tuned, valves adjusted and oil changed last August. Some of the vinyl has pulled off of the running boards from rubbing. Lady who owned it before me hit a mailbox so that was banged out and new hood was replaced. Car has 4 New tires, spare is old. Speedometer is broken but easy fix. New front windshield and seal and new seal on rear window. Car has a VG clean pan. Needs some final tweaks to seats, body if you desire or drive as is. Front end alignment completed this week and the car has some vibration in steering wheel at certain speeds.. Bumpers are in VG condition.Car has Karmann Badge which I have but did not put back on but included in the sale. Nice daily driver. Auction will run but I reserve to end it if sold locally.
