1978 International Harvester Scout IIProject vehicle that I don't have the time for anymore due to being active duty military and having to regularly deploy. The hard and expensive stuff has been completed so here is a great opportunity to finish it and enjoy a very unique vehicle. The Good:-Full Drive train swap completed -Computer installed and can run diagnostic on vehicle -305 Fuel injected Chevy engine (Good luck finding another fuel injected Scout!)-Rewired with EZ Wiring harness -New alternator -New fuel lines -New fuel pump -New brakes and drums-Rebuilt transmission-Top comes completely off and become a convertible The Bad:-Vehicle runs and drives but is having issues self shifting, I'm not sure the exact problem, I have been told it could be something with the transfer case. The problem exceeds my limited knowledge base.-Does have some rust, but that is to be expected with a 37 year old vehicle.-Some wear and tear visible in the upholstery.
