1983 Mercedes-Benz 240D 4 Cylinder Diesel; Current Miles: 279,478 I have owned the car since 2004 Seats 5 people. 27+ miles to the gallon. Automatic Transmission shifts perfectly. Mechanically sound. Always starts first time. Very reliable. Michelin Tires installed 3/3/12 with 8,000 miles on them. Battery purchased 11/15/2015 from Walmart. Body is straight. No breaks in glass. No rust. Non-smoker Current Plates and inspection. Original Paint is Light Ivory and in excellent condition. Crank windows. Interior seats are Palomino in color and made of MB Tex. Full size spare tire. Tool kit and original first aid kit. 4 wheel disc brakes; PS/PB Tint on side and back windows Newer Radio. The following do NOT work: AC and vacuum door locks The 240 is considered the “work horse” of Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes Benz 240D was built to last… and this one did. I have the original window sticker.
