I am the first owner after the car was retired from a small rich and safe MA town. It only have just a bit over 10k engine hours which indicated it has only have one shift by the police. It has all the scheduled maintainences done by Dodge dealers can be found in the Carfax report. It has some small dings, scratches and body rusts that can be in the photos. Otherwise, it drives great and shift smoothly. I purchased the car back in Jan. 2016 and the dealer did several noticable improvement since then below,Replaced old battery with a new OEM battery with 3-year warrantyRefreshed steering fluid and replaced parts of steering wheels to fix the stiff steering.Tighted front suspension link stabilizers to fix some rattling noise over bumps.Updated the PCM software to the latest version as in May 2016. Here are some notes for the future owner,It has police package that the back doors can't be open from inside. They can only be open from outside after pull up certain buttons inside the back door jams that can be seen in one of the photos.The PNRD light is off and the dealer diagnosis indicated that the instrument cluster needed to be replaced (around $600 including labor). However, it did not affect anything in practical and just a cosmestic thing.The tires still have 80% tread remains.The central console is missing and there is no 12v ports but should not be difficult to add ones given it has already had all the wires there.There is no bulb in the police spotlight but fine to install one that is street legal.There is a frame to install a push bar if needed.There are small amount of glues left after removed some decals and stickers. The rest are easy to peel and remove though. I have the clean title in-hand and all paper service records since I owned will come with the sale.
