When you purchase it, you do nothing different than buying any other car. Just purchase, change the title over to you, put it on your insurance and drive it home. The title history will show that the car was purchased from an insurance auction and has a salvage history. This is true. I purchased the car from an auction. It was a theft recovery which sustained a little vandalism damage. All cosmetic and all has been repaired. Despite the history, the car has and comes with a clean title.
