Up for auction is my 1984, Rust free AMC 4wheel drive wagon. If your familiar with these cars then you know how hard it is to find a clean one. 48,559 original miles. This car lived it's entire life in Savanna Georgia. It was used very little and ended up being parked inside the back of a warehouse till I brought it back to Pittsburgh. The Beige paint is all original with the plastic fender flares being repainted. Really nice color combination. These cars are known for sagging headliners and this one is perfect. It has some dings and scrapes but nothing serious. The passenger side front fender was bumped while parked in the warehouse. it's not bad and I have touch up paint. See picture. There are some little dings on the passenger side of the hood. It looks like it might have been hail damage but it's only in one small area and won't show in a picture. weird. The interior is super clean with no rips or tears in the seats or carpet. The 4 wheel drive works and the AC blows ice cold. I somehow lost the cover that goes on the power door lock switch. Not sure how but I have seen them for sale here on ebay. See picture of drivers door. Brand new white wall tires with less than 100 miles on them. The spare tire in the rear wheel well has never been on the ground. Put new hoses on and belt. I have set the reserve at what I feel is a great price for the car. Please don't ask what it is. They are perfect with just the thin coat of undercoating from the factory.On May-11-16 at 05:33:52 PDT, seller added the following information: I store this car at my place of work along with a few other guys. We were just informed that we will no longer be able to keep them here. For that reason I have gone in and lowered my reserve. Somebody is going to get a nice car for the money.
