Vehicle Detail
A beautifully restored and rebuilt show quality 1969 Ford Mustang automatic transmission, Disc brakes all around, modern stereo installed with auxiliary port, rebuilt engine. B&M shifter. The body is laser straight with solid panels. All the weather stripping is very good as well as the glass. When you look at the fit of the panels, it is fantastic. The performance of this car is awesome and all the mechanical is in excellent condition. The paint on this car is as nice as you will ever see. This car has won two best paint trophies at two different car shows with over 300 vehicles in attendance. The black stripe is painted and not a decal. When you drive this car you swear people are going to break their necks looking at this car, it is so pretty. This car has won a couple of other trophies like Best Mustang at an all Ford car show. You will not be disappointed. The interior is just as beautiful. No rips, tears or odors. Headliner is in great shape. This classic is gaining in value and will certainly be a great addition to any collection. This is a smoke-free automobile. This is a garage kept vehicle. The engine on this vehicle is running like a kitten. The tires still have tons of tread. There are no noticeable door dings. This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission. This car is a great daily driver or take it to a car show and take home all the trophies. The car runs and drives great and sounds really good with the dual exhaust. Okay that is an understatement…..it sounds fricken AWESOME. I get a little chubby every time I start it. The floors, frame and trunk are in great shape. Super solid, no work needed on this car it is ready to hop in and take for a drive. Wheels and rims are like new. The interior flooring from firewall to trunk is Fat Matted for sound and heat. Wood steering wheel. On Apr-12-16 at 16:46:46 PDT, seller added the following information: Front tires are 245/35 R19 and rear are 275/30 R19. They are Komho Esctra SP and has Ruff Racing Wheels. There are approximately 1,000 miles on the tires. There are two large fans on the radiator. On Apr-13-16 at 19:05:14 PDT, seller added the following information: More pictures here: http://imgur.com/a/ySNDp On Apr-16-16 at 05:38:08 PDT, seller added the following information: In full disclosure to note every flaw that i can possibly think of with the car i will try to list everything that I am aware of, the list is small and honestly it is nothing major. Interior:1. Inside door panels. The panels themselves are in good shape. The wood insert has some slight peeling on the upper right side. I will try to post pictures of everything I describe. When I bought it it had speakers in the doors and there are cut outs for speakers that are covered with a panel, both doors. I do think the passenger door is in better shape with the only thing noted is the round ring (grommet) missing from around the door lock, probably a .50 cent to fix.2. The drivers sun visor is missing. It was missing when I bought it and I just never replaced it. 3. The radio in the car sometimes cuts out (small short) when you hit a big bump in the road it might cut out on you.4. The dash board gauges (oil, voltage and temp) do not work. They have been rerouted to the panel below the heater controls.5. The switch to control the overhead light (in the door jam) was never installed so the interior light does not come on.6. The parking break is not hooked up and does not work, the cables are there but not hooked up to the rear breaks.7. The clock does not work. I had it repaired (50.00) and it then stopped working for some reason. That is all that I can think of in the interior of the car. All very minor and inexpensive fixes. Exterior:1. There are some paint chips in the car, I will go count them later and repost. My guess there is less than 8 on the whole car and all are very small.2. There is a small dent/paint removal when the shock top cover broke and the shock touched the underside of the hood. It did no visible damage from the top of the hood only the bottom.3. There is one raised dent on the passenger side hood by where the bolts are that hold the hood to the car. It has always been there and there is no damage to the paint just a small raised ding. If you ask me this is the biggest flaw in the car and it really isn't that bad. It didn't keep me from winning best paint in two car shows with over 300 cars.4. There is a small oil leak at the rear differential. It comes from a drain bolt.5. There is a small oil leak on the passenger side valve cover (I mean very small) that if the car is left to sit for awhile you will have a little smoke that comes off the block until it burns off.6. I have installed a battery disconnect because there is an electrical drain that if you leave the battery connected it will drain the battery over a long time. 7. Scratch on bumper passenger side. That my folks is the list of everything that I believe is wrong with the car. It is all very small and easily fixed. I just want everyone to know everything so you bid on something you just can't deal with. The car is jetted for high altitude since I lived at 8,600 feet the air is pretty thin up there. You might have to re-jet it if you are closer to sea level. If you ask me what my next project would be to improve the car I would say suspension. It is lowered and has low profile tires, it handles curves and corners like a dream. However if you ask me it is stiff. When you hit a good bump you know it. I would add power steering/breaks. Other than that I think the car is perfect. On Apr-16-16 at 05:44:14 PDT, seller added the following information: Here are some pictures that shows issues with the car. http://imgur.com/a/MNSQM
