1958 Chevrolet Apache Pickup Nice little driver around town and on the highway. Has 235 inline 6 that runs strong, good compression and all stock. Rebuilt single barrel Rochester carb helps the motor fire up on first try every time. 3 speed transmission on the steering column. Shifts well though the gears as it should. Clutch is tight with no shudder on take offs or on an incline / hill. Stock rear end that I believe has 3.90 gear ratio. Suspension is all stock up front and in the rear with stock leaf springs / tube shocks. Wheels are original 16" six lug rims on 7.5016 tires with original hubcaps. Body is in good shape for its age but not perfect. See pics for cab corners, floor, door hinge pockets, cab steps and fenders. Paint appears to have been repainted once the same "Dawn Blue" factory color. Some body filler chipping on roof as shown in video. Rain gutters all solid. Glass is all nice, Newer windshield and gasket, Newer back window and side window / vent windows are older but nice with no cracks. Doors glass roll up and down easy. Doors also open and close good as they should. Driver side door has interior door handle which is stripped just enough to have to play with to open sometimes or open from outside. I have an extra interior door latch that comes with truck. Interior is all original and nice. Original vinyl on bench seat, All dash gauges work and speedo, Horn works, Has electric wipers that work intermediately, headlights and tail lights work, gauge cluster mounted under dash not hooked up but all there and ready. Truck has near perfect dash with original factory radio that buzzes when turned on. Dash is nice and not cut at all. Has heater with switch also.
