1977 DODGE MILITARY POWERWAGON 4x4 CUSTOM-BUILT PICKUP built on a true military Powewagon full-time 4-wheel-drive chassis. The cab and front-end are from an Air Force aircraft tugger truck while the bed is made by Knox and is from a late-1940s International KB pickup. Power is derived from the original Powerwagon Dodge 318 cid, 2-bbl. engine backed by a Chrysler Torqueflight 727 3-speed automatc transmission, delivered to the ground by Dana axles front and rear. The truck also features power steering and power brakes. The interior is appointed with custom canvass-covered bucket seats and an aluminum treadplate dash panel. The cab floor is covered with diamond-plate rubber matting custom-cut to the specific contours of the interior. 'The truck is shod with 16.5" military 10-ply radial tires.
