1986 Mercedes Benz G 300D (w460), it is also listed on craiglist antique section at northwest Connecticut as MB W460 It has OM603 Turbo engine, 4 gear manual transmission, transfer case with road, offroad 4x4 high and 4x4 low gears. Front and rear locking differentials. Vehicle is on aluminum alloy rims and has set of offroad steel rims. Recovery winch has wired remote. 2" ball tow hitch. 2 keys with remotes. Clean Connecticut title. The engine runs good, starts well in all weather, and idles very smoothly and evenly. Vehicle will come with few spares/accessories: original flexible plastic front bumper end protectors, original 12v clock, new set of rear brake cylinders, set of rear brake shoes and wired winch remote controller. I am willing to text or email additional pictures or short video clips. Yaho maximum attachment size to under 10mb. Bodywork has been restored, and body panels are solid. I justify my listing price by comparing my vehicle to other comparable MB G class. Mine has turbo OM603 engine It is claimed to produce 143+ hp and 200 ftlb at 7psi factory boost. Maximum engine speed 4500rpm. Since it is geared low therefore it is not fast on the highway but it keeps up very well with the city driving. Now please compare other G class without turbo that are there listed for sale for astronomically high amounts probably due to importing expenses, with only 88 hp or 117 hp and lower engine speed. I personally would be embarrassed to drive them holding up the traffic. Don't forget that looks are not everything one needs in the vehicle. My vehicle is registered on regular plate without any annual miles driven restrictions. Has retrofit 3rd brakelight and brakelight without a key and front parking lights in directionals.
