1972 Mercedes Benz 280SE 4.5 V8 with desirable floorshift automatic transmission. This is a very solid nicely kept original car without any rust damage. Repainted to original dark green some time ago, the paintwork still shows very fine. Good interior and woodwork. Mecanically the car is sound with recent work to include new water pump and coolant, alternator, automatic transmission fluid and filter, differential Redline oil, tires and brakes. The car starts instantly, engine is very quiet and smooth, runs very clean and strong. Power steering and power brakes work very well. The car can be driven anywhere and is quite comfortable. All gauges work, all power windows work, AC works, radio powers on, has sound coming from the speakers, but doesn’t seem to be able to catch any stations, not sure what’s wrong there. All the chromework is in good condition, nice and bright. Overall a very nice example of the breed, that should make it’s new owner very happy. The vehicle is being sold with clear WA state title and Bill of Sale, ready for ownership transfer or export. I will assist with shipping logistics as needed, although this car can be safely driven home.
