No rips in convertible top or interior. AC blows cold. The only changes from stock that I know of are the tinted turn signals and the period-look stereo. I have the originals of both these items so the new owner can return to stock if they want. We have owned this car almost four years. We have used it only during summer. Once payment clears PA buyers must collect the car in person and attend a notary with the sellers to transfer the title. A bill of sale signed by buyer and seller will also be required. The vehicle is sold as-is and without warranty and the buyer takes full responsibility for the vehicle from execution of the bill of sale. The bill of sale will state this. For out of state buyers a signed copy of the bill of sale must be returned before the title will be mailed. In accordance with PA regulations the title will be signed over to the out of state buyer and notarized. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. I will assist in handing over keys to shipper at a mutually convenient time. Buyer must remove car from my property within 14 days of auction close. Failure to accept any of these conditions shall result in forfeit of the $500 deposit. Any comments on the condition of the car are my subjective opinion.
