I bought this car in February 2016 and it ran and drove amazingly. Good power, didn't leak any engine or transmission fluids. Didn't smoke. I was cruising along at about 45mph when the head gasket blew. I don't have the space or budget to do head work so I'm selling - my loss is your gain. The GOOD Schnitzer style wide body fenders 15" alloy wheels with recent Goodyear Eagle GT tires M10 4-cylinder with Dual Weber DCOE 45 side draft carbs, headers MSD ignition New spark plugs and spark timing recently set 4 speed manual Clean interior in very good overall condition Hand crank sun roof Current Virginia inspection good through August 2016 A really fun driver's car The NOT SO GOOD Blown Head Gasket - low compression cylinders 1 & 2, no compression cylinders 3 & 4. Some rust in the usual/common areas- spare tire storage area, next to drivers front turn signal in engine compartment, at the bottom of front clip (behind the fiberglass front air dam) but front and rear strut towers look great A large scratch/dent along the left side of the car (from a previous owner) from the front wheel to the rear wheel Other minor dents and dings A/C does not work - uses old R12 refrigerant Shifter works fine but could use a rebuild Turn signals work but could use a new flasher relay - interior indicator light works intermittently I have more pictures than the 24 allowed on eBay so contact me if you want to see something specific.
