Up for sale is a 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan for Parts Only. This minivan can not pass PA inspection due to rust including brake lines, etc. Car is missing radio and climate control panel. Engine and transmission were running good when inspection expired and I parked it a few months ago. This car will have to be towed away as it is not safe to drive in it's present condition.
