The vehicle listed is a 2003 Chevrolet 2500HD 6.6L LB7, pre-emission ext. cab truck. The vehicle has 143k miles and was utilized in the state of Virginia. The truck has heavy duty 'helo' chrome wheels and 10 ply tires that I purchased at $2,000 last summer as well as a 5"exhaust system. I bought the vehicle as an R-title and have ran it for the past four years to and from school, the truck is in immaculate shape within its age and climate. It has been used sparsely in terms of towing the past four years and has little if any body rust and a completely solid undercarriage. The truck has a dent in the center of the tail gate, seen in the image and a small dent in the driver side bed towards the cab corner. This past fall I had all new US made: injectors, glow plugs, fuel rail service lines, fuel rail return lines installed and glow plug relay installed in the truck totaling over $3,000. Since then I have had engine problems. One mechanic has stated that the number one injector is leaking fuel, another stated its an electrical problem, while another stated that the head needs sleeved. Below are the lists of codes it is displaying. Regardless the Duramax has underwent thousands of dollars in new parts, but I have given up due to time and practicality. The engine does run and truck drives, but not at normal operating environment. I am no mechanic and do not understand turbo diesel engines. I recently attained a new job in city, where the truck is not applicable and need reliable transportation, thus why I am listing the vehicle as is. I have had offers from garages & salvage yards to buy the truck, but have been reluctant to list the vehicle due to my attachment of it being my first pickup. I have copies of all of the invoices of the injectors, glow plugs and other parts purchased for the vehicle providing an ample paper trail and will be happy to answer any inquiries that I can on the truck.
