Vehicle Detail
Great running and driving truck. This is a four door extended cab short box 4x4 pickup. Let me break it down for you... Engine: 5.4 liter, smooth running with excellent oil pressure. Never over heats and always started even in the coldest weather. New battery and new alternator. Transmission: Shifts quickly up to 3rd gear. I was told that this was a feature that ford introduced to make it more fuel efficient. Ford said that they can flash the computer to change the shift points. It shifts fine when you give it a little extra gas but when you take off slowly, it upshifts quickly. The tranny does not slip and is solid. I have towed my boat as well as a couple of cars with no issues whatsoever. I drive it to work every day and it has never let me down. Exhaust. Dual, cat back exhaust. Has a nice rumble to it but not excessive. Body: This truck has no rust! It is a very solid truck and looks excellent! Has a Lincoln grill, with a lincoln hood and front sheet metal. Looks great! I have never seen a truck like this except for the Lincoln Blackbriar. Nice, unique truck. Tires: Tires were new about 2000 miles ago. Excellent tires that should last for a long time. The wheels are chrome Lincoln wheels that are also in excellent shape. Interior: Tan leather, in good shape. A little worn but not bad at all. Comes with a Ford 6 disc stereo and cassette player, sounds great. Nice carpet and back seat area. The seat behind the driver side is not installed but it is there. Shift on the fly 4X4 that works perfectly. I also replaced the rear axle cover to address and oil leak. While I had it apart, I inspected the pinion and gears and they looked great. No metal shavings whatsoever. That should about cover it. If you have any questions, please contact me and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
