1968 Porsche 911L, Sunroof Polo Red/Black.(now in primer) Vin #11805078*. This is a project never completed, a love lost, your gain. Restore it to perfection or to a fun driver, there is a lot to start with. Porsche metal body is all there never any damage. There’s a new rear shelf, new battery pan, floors are solid. Rockers and seams are solid. Trim has some small dents needs polish. Lines look straight, when fitted they will have the desired appeal. It’s a straight SWB with a surf and a heater. Strip it, prep it, paint it. It has a 1969 2.2L engine. It last ran 6 months ago. The project began with attention to the drive train. It needed a clutch and pressure plate, and CV joints. There was a slight noise from the intermediate shaft. Clutch, plate, cv’s removed for repair. Project ended motor put back in the car with no clutch, pressure plate or CV’s. This car has a Webasto heater, the seats, all the glass is very good, dash(needs repair or new) has all gauges, suspension, gas tank, oil tank, Bumpers and bumperettes have good rubber, needs one piece. It has a current Calif registration and clean title. Doesn’t run yet but a short wheel base with a sun roof, it’ll run soon. The car is in Fairfield Ca. west of Sacramento. Info 310-422-0004
