Thank you for looking. Up for sale is my 1967 Volkswagen Beetle, in grabber blue. This car was in the family for a long time but has just been repurchased recently, so I do not know everything that I used to, but will do my best to list all the bells and whistles as well as any defects the car may have. Driveline - The car has an amazing. Anyone who knows anything about these cars knows that their engines will run forever with the proper maintenance, and that is exactly what we have here. This engine is impeccable and looks gorgeous. Always starts, have never had the car die on me or has never had issues starting. Clear distributor, chrome exhaust tips, race wires. New clutch installed, and the car goes through all the gears, functioning as they should. Emergency brake functions better than any other late model car that I have own, grabs all 4 corners and holds the car on hills no problem. Brakes works as they should, gripping well. The car has been stanced by the previous owner, and it was done right. The wheels do not rub, and the angle helps deliver all the power to the rear of the car. Body - Paint on the car really sets the car apart. There are imperfections throughout the length of the car, but you can tell by the pictures, the car cleans up nice. Take a look at the undercarriage which still looks to hold its resilience. California Pop-out tabs keep the engine hood open to allow for more air and a more aggressive look. Glass is all good, no cracks. Car has a door hinge mirror, aftermarket mirrors were installed at one point by a previous owner - holes are still there if the new owner chooses to reinstall. I have different aftermarket headlights that the previous owner had that will go with the car. Interior - Previous owner installed seat covers, and I did not mind the look so I left them, rear seat is gorgeous, headliner looks good as well, minor imperfections here and there. Radio was installed by the previous owner as well, I never have used it personally. The car is located in South Jersey; I have no problem showing the car in person. Car is in a heated garage and well looked after. Buyer is to pay for all shipping and associated fees. I will mail the title directly to the buyer.
