International L 130 tow truck, engine runs well, transmission shifts, rear winch for hook works. Rebuilt carb, new fuel pump and aluminum fuel tank. Clear title in hand. Iv driven the truck down the road it runs good it's geared very very low. It also needs a master cylinder and yes it has old split rim duallys. The truck was restored in the 80 the underneath is like mint no rust, the only rust on her is 2 spots on top of the fenders and 2 patches under the headlights. Interior is clean seat is in perfect shape,and the floors are perfect. I'm interested in trading for 60's c10 or f100 shortbed
