Up for auction is a very rare and lovely 1978 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbo Diesel Sedan. It has been in a private collection since 1998. Always stored in a climate controlled garage and never driven in bad weather. This classic is truly gorgeous both inside and out. She comes equipped with her 5 Cylinder 3.0 Liter Diesel Motor, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Air-Conditioning, Power Windows, Alloy Sport Wheels, Fog Lamps, Wood Grain Trim, Vanity Lights. This Turbo Diesel runs and drives very nicely. White exterior paint that is damage and rust free. The blue vinyl interior is in excellent condition with the exception of some cracks in the dash pad. The radio doesn't turn on, we have not diagnosed it. All of the gauges work properly. The vehicle comes with 18 years of maintenance receipts. These sedans were designed and built to last forever. The SD model was the longest wheel base and flagship of the diesel line from Mercedes Benz. This retro Turbo Diesel looks great all around and will bring a smile to your face.
