j_chilberta1sm Store Present your best items with Auctiva's FREE Scrolling Gallery. *** This E-Type Project Is Located In The Vineland, NJ Area (Zip 08360) Not in Lumberton *** I am listing this for my friend, who just clicked 80 and is still turning wrenches I believe he is the second owner of this E-Type It has been in his shop for many years It will only be listed this one time for 10 days Should it not sell it will be available late spring, early summer... completed, as an extremely nice driver I asked him to stop working on the body for a couple of weeks, he wanted to put it in primer I thought someone might want to purchase this in it's present condition Maybe taking it over the top by performing a concourse restoration I believe it's much easier to see what your buying this way Note: The original matching number engine (seized) is included see picture #24 A 4.2 E- Type engine is presently in the car This engine was running when put in the car It has not been started in years it currently turns by hand The original 4 speed gearbox and rear suspension (that will be installed for ease of transport) are in the car The engine compartment is pretty dusty, but will clean up easily Most if not all of the parts on the car are new or rebuilt: Starter, Alternator, Coil, Carburetors (not installed), Fuel Pump, Fuel Tank Serviced, Water Pump, Hoses, Radiator Was Redone, New Clutch & Hydraulics, Brakes, Booster & Brake Hydraulics, etc. Original Willow Green With The Suede (color) Green Interior The door panels and console are being refinished at this time, but the seats will need to be redone There is a new carpet set, a new convertible top in the box (black), the front / rear bumpers and bumperettes are re-chromed with a NOS motif bar and other NOS bits This also comes with the fiberglass hardtop, a period correct luggage rack and a convertible top boot cover Not all of the chrome bits have been redone, some are original as taken off the car As mentioned the gearbox is original, it was checked (not rebuilt) The original rear suspension assembly was checked, cleaned, painted with new bushings, shocks and a chrome diff cover installed The engine has headers that are part of a $2300 performance, stainless steel, exhaust system which is included as well *** I Will Have More Pictures Of This Car And The Parts Not Shown Jan. 23rd *** At This Time I Do Have More Pictures Of The Body, The Engine Compartment, Undersides Of The Car And The Original Engine I Can E-Mail This File To You If I Get Your Direct E-Mail Address SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. I could not get over to my friend's house to take pictures of the parts. We picked up a little bit of snow the other day. The additional pictures that I have now, which I can e-mail to you, have a few of the new parts mentioned in the listing. I need your e-mail address to send them to you. NOTE: The original engine that is out of the car & seized, that head is not stamped to match the block. There is no stamping on that head. The block does match the data plate. Also the console and door panels were not recovered and the original door panels are in bad shape and will need to be replaced.
