For your consideration is my '64 Falcon that is truly one of a kind. Bought brand new by Grace Gauci in Detroit on June 8, 1964 just before her retirement. Original Dealer Jacket and owner's manual still intact and mint. Once her work life was over, she decided to head to warmer temperatures and settled in Arizona hoping to never see another cold Winter. She soon discovered that the Summer heat was a little too much without an air conditioned car so she went to her local Ford Dealer to buy a new Ford with A/C. With under 10,000 miles on the odometer, the Dealership owner, who desperately wanted her Falcon, made the deal. After looking the car over more closely, he decided to park the Falcon in his showroom for all to see and soon discovered it to be a great "ice breaker" to start a conversation with perspective customers. Out of the sun and in air conditioned protection. Well there it sat for the next 35 years! Roped off and out of the hands of curious onlookers. Upon his retirement and the sale of the property, the car was sold at an estate sale and made it's way to New England through an ad in Hemmings Motor News. Because the car sat for so long without use, everything that gas touched was replaced or rebuilt, from the carb to the tank, including all lines. All fresh fluids and ignition and the car now is like it was in '64. Please look carefully at all pictures and remember, it has NEVER been painted, the interior and outside bright work are all original including seats, rugs, headliner, light bulbs, brakes, glass and on and on. I do have the Factory Build Sheet to verify the originality.The new owner thought it would be nice to update the car a bit so installed a dual point distributor, headers and dual exhaust until his friends said STOP, and leave this car alone. Since then, the MINT ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, a brand new single exhaust (as it came with) was installed, a single point distributor put in and it's back to where it should be.This FALCON belongs in a Museum or a Ford enthusiasts collection. Absolutely one of the finest Falcons in the World and with the V-8, bucket seats, power steering and POWER BRAKES, extremely rare. Please do not ask my Reserve as I respectfully will keep it private. I plan to let the Auction run it's course and hopefully find a buyer looking for a true investment grade auto.Drives and performs better than it looks and I guarantee there will be no disappointments.
