***Relisted Due To Non-Paying Bidder*** This 1997 528i (e39) is for sale for parts or is rebuildable. I bought it to use as a donor for an engine swap. When I got the car, it would only go into Park, Reverse,Neutral and 1st. If put into drive, it would never shift out of 1st gear. It did have the ASC/ABS/Brake lights illuminated. Also, the car did not have functional rear window regulators. It is currently a rolling chassis with a complete interior. Basically, this is a good candidate for you to re-shell your wrecked car. The body is in decent shape, with a few surface rust spots on the hood and another on the lip directly blow the trunk lid. As far as the interior is concerned, is it near perfect, with the exception of a hole in the drivers' seat. It would make a good project or serve as a great basis to rebuild your wrecked e39. Buyers will need to pay the $250 deposit via paypal within 48hrs of auction end, paying the remainder of the price IN CASH at pickup. I have changed the payment policy due to the non-paying bidder.
