If the vehicle is being picked up in the state of Arizona taxes will be charged to the buyer. If the vehicle is being shipped out of state the buyer is responsible for the taxes and charges that the state they are registering the vehicle in may charge. Onyx Motorsports or any of its employees are not the shipping company and are no way responsible for the vehicles from the point of pick up or while in shipment. For out-of-state buyers, or buyers, who require vehicle shipment, please understand we must coordinate the shipment of your vehicle purchased to be transported out-of-state where $0 taxes are charged, and your transaction will be charged additionally the discounted rate that we secure for you for the shipment to your out-of-state location. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
