Listed for Auction, Is a 1974 Honda CT70 Trail 70 This model has a three speed semi automatic transmission, dual pull handle brakes, with safety foot brake. Odometer shows 5,799 miles Speedometer works great. Motor runs like a top, Starts with first kick, and has good compression, all three gears shift smooth. brakes work fine, except right handle pull needs adjustment, as return action feels loose. Bike runs out great on the trail. Frame is straight, and there is nothing Bent, Rubbing, Loose. What Issues we did find, the lighting system is not operative ? fuse is good. Battery may need a charge or replace. Seat has been re-upholstered, not a pro job, but decent for everyday use. Handle bars have a funky custom inward bend. Thinking previous owner felt safer with a closer grip. Not a bad modification, but they should be replaced. for originality, & safer control. This bike is a nice barn find , and was driven seasonal only& storage was in a dry wood floored barn with all pre-cautions done. Chrome is great, Very minimal rust, Front rim shows light rust. No gas or oil leaks. and exhaust is good. Tires are original. This Trail Bike is SOLD AS IS: With no written or implied warranties.
