This is a very well sorted BMW R80RT. It had sat for a while after my neighbor died, and I spent last winter getting it ready for the road. new mono shock, rebuilt breaks, new battery, fluids, tune up, etc. I took a 400 mile trip on it this summer, and it performed flawlessly. I would not hesitate to ride this bike anywhere. I, on the other hand, did not hold up so well. I'll be 70 next year and my back is still bothering me, so, after 52 years od riding, it's time to quit.....at least the long rides. If you want a very clean, unmolested R80, here's a good one.
