Up for auction and offered at no reserve is a hard to find 1963 Galaxie 2 door sedan! This is the base Galaxie, not a Galaxie 500. This was the lightest Galaxie you could buy in 63. This is a perfect candidate for a light weight or even a police car clone! This 63 was originally equipped with a 260 V8 and a 3spd manual trans! The manual pedals, 3spd column and cross member for a manual are still in the car. The original engine and transmission are long gone. It is ready for the engine/tranny combo of your choice! The body of the car is pretty nice it does have some rust in it. The floor pans are rusted and there is some in the passenger quarter. That is the worst rust in the car, the structure is great, the frame is solid, even the trunk is good! The glass is good. The doors, hood, and trunk open and close nicely. The interior is tattered but there. The tan paint is original and has great patina, the hood and trunk lid have been replaced. I have a clean VA title in my name ready to be given to the new owner upon receipt of cleared payment! The car is offered as it is shown in the pictures, it is mostly complete. I do not have the trim for the driver’s side. The car does roll and will have tires on it that hold air. I try to give an accurate description of the vehicle, if you have any questions please ask. If you need more pictures I will get them. It is a project vehicle that will need to be towed. It is being sold as-is where-is. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours, the balance in 7 days.
